Availability depends on the season and current demand. In many cases, shoots can be scheduled
within one to two days. For larger projects or time-sensitive listings, booking early is

the shoot. If you’re on a tight timeline, reach out and we’ll find the best possible solution.

How do I book photo and video services?

Booking is simple and streamlined. You can book directly through the website by clicking the
Book Now button. Only available dates are shown during the booking process—no emails, no
text messages required. Once you select your services and confirm the scope, your shoot is
scheduled.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is flexible. You can pay by credit card during booking, or on-site by check. We also
accept modern digital payment options including Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Cash App and
PayPal are available as well, but not preferred.

How fast will I receive my final photos and videos?

Photos are delivered with a 24-hour guarantee. Videos are typically ready within 24–48 hours.
Floor plans, virtual decluttering, and virtual staging are delivered within 24–48 hours as well—
most of the time even faster. Turnaround times for larger or more complex projects are always
communicated before the shoot. Same-day delivery for photos and floor plans is available upon
request for a small additional fee.

What should be prepared before an on-site shoot?

Properties should be clean, decluttered, and staged before the shoot. Proper preparation has a
major impact on the final result. We recommend allowing enough time for sellers to prepare the

Thank you for choosing Property Visuals for your listing media creation.
By booking Property Visuals, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. The client may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. However, if the client cancels or reschedules within 2 hours of the appointment, a $50 fee will apply.

In the event of bad weather, the client may reschedule free of charge up to 1 hour before the appointment. If the client chooses to cancel due to weather, the standard cancellation policy applies.

All late cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated by phone at (540) 588-8137.

2. Licensing:

Property Visuals grants the client a worldwide, limited, fully-paid license to use the listing media solely for the purpose of marketing the property for sale or rent. This includes use on MLS, Airbnb, VRBO, and in promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and online listings. The client may also use the media for personal professional promotion (e.g., portfolio, website, or social media).

This license does not permit resale or gifting of the media and does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights, all of which remain exclusively with Property Visuals.

If the client wishes to use the media for other purposes (e.g., company branding, unrelated advertising, or additional commercial use), additional licensing fees may apply. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for such use.

Unauthorized use of the media beyond the scope of this agreement may result in legal action.

3. Payment Terms and Late Fees:

Payment is generally due at the time of booking via our online order system and no later than delivery of the final media. Exceptions apply to clients with prepaid packages or those with a special payment arrangement.

We accept all major credit cards via our online booking system, as well as manual payments through Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, check, or cash.
Other methods—such as cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, or alternative apps like Cash App—may be accepted upon request.

Late Fees and Collections:
Clients agree to pay all invoices by the due date stated. A 1.5% late fee per month may be applied to overdue balances. Invoices unpaid after 60 days may be turned over to collections or legal counsel, and the client will be responsible for any associated fees.

4. Refund Policy:

We have a no-refund policy on all orders. If the client is unsatisfied with the delivered media, we will make reasonable efforts to re-edit or reshoot when appropriate.

5. Use of Subcontractors:

Property Visuals may work with independent third-party contractors for certain services, such as photo/video editing, floor plan creation, or virtual staging/decluttering.

The client acknowledges that some deliverables may be completed by these contractors. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Property Visuals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.

6. Delivery and Turnaround Times:

We aim to provide high-quality media in a timely manner. Our guaranteed turnaround times (from the time the shoot is completed) are:

  • Photographs: within 24 hours

  • Short-form video (e.g., reels): within 48 hours

  • Long-form/complex video (e.g., tours, agent-on-camera, special effects): within 72 hours

  • 2D Floor Plans: within 24 hours

  • 3D Floor Plans: within 72 hours

  • Marketing/Print Materials: within 3–5 business days

These timelines are guaranteed only if third-party contractors deliver their work on time.

While not guaranteed, our typical delivery times are faster—photos and floor plans are often delivered the next morning, and videos within 48 hours.

Please note: Some projects may require additional time to ensure quality. No discounts are offered for extended delivery timelines due to extra editing or complexity.

7. Accuracy:

We aim to capture the property as accurately as possible. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Minor color discrepancies between real-life and final images

  • Floor plan dimensions differing from public records or tax rolls

8. Property Preparation:

It is the client’s responsibility (or that of the homeowner/tenant/agent) to ensure the property is fully prepared prior to our arrival. This includes cleaning, decluttering, and staging indoor and outdoor areas.

Due to insurance and liability restrictions, Property Visuals cannot:

  • Move large items

  • Clean or repair spaces

  • Perform tasks requiring a contractor’s license

We offer a free branded Property Prep Guide upon request to assist with preparation.

If the property is not ready, we will do our best to create the media as-is. We will attempt to contact the agent to ask whether to proceed or reschedule. Due to a tight schedule, we cannot wait more than 30 minutes on-site. In such cases, a reshoot or rescheduling will be required, and rescheduling or cancellation fees may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Property Visuals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill—arising from use of, or inability to use, our services.

The client agrees that Property Visuals, its employees, and independent contractors are not liable for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries resulting from our services or activities on-site.

How far in advance do I need to book a shoot?

Availability depends on the season and current demand. In many cases, shoots can be scheduled
within one to two days. For larger projects or time-sensitive listings, booking early is
recommended. Keep in mind that sellers often need time to clean and stage the property before
the shoot. If you’re on a tight timeline, reach out and we’ll find the best possible solution.

How do I book photo and video services?

Booking is simple and streamlined. You can book directly through the website by clicking the
Book Now button. Only available dates are shown during the booking process—no emails, no
text messages required. Once you select your services and confirm the scope, your shoot is
scheduled.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is flexible. You can pay by credit card during booking, or on-site by check. We also
accept modern digital payment options including Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Cash App and
PayPal are available as well, but not preferred.

How fast will I receive my final photos and videos?

Photos are delivered with a 24-hour guarantee. Videos are typically ready within 24–48 hours.
Floor plans, virtual decluttering, and virtual staging are delivered within 24–48 hours as well—
most of the time even faster. Turnaround times for larger or more complex projects are always
communicated before the shoot. Same-day delivery for photos and floor plans is available upon
request for a small additional fee.

What should be prepared before an on-site shoot?

Properties should be clean, decluttered, and staged before the shoot. Proper preparation has a
major impact on the final result. We recommend allowing enough time for sellers to prepare the
space so the property can be presented at its best.

Do you provide tools to help sellers prepare for a shoot?

Yes. Upon request, clients receive a detailed preparation guide and checklist in PDF format that
can be shared directly with sellers. The prep sheet is agent-branded, easy to use, and provided
free of charge to help ensure the property is ready for the shoot.

Why should I use video in addition to photos?

People love video—and it clearly shows that you’re willing to go the extra mile to market a
property. Video isn’t just about selling the house; it’s the most powerful way to sell you as the
agent. It helps you stand out across all platforms, attracts future listings, builds credibility with
new sellers, and creates attention from buyer agents. Plus, it captures flow, scale, and atmosphere
in a way photos can’t—and yes, they’re cool too.

Is video now a standard in real estate marketing?

Yes. Video is a key part of modern real estate marketing—but the most effective video is the one
your target audience responds to, not necessarily the one you like most. Your marketing style,
brand, and personality all play an important role. We help guide you toward the right type and
style of video so it fits your brand and works where it matters most.

Which add-ons are worth adding to my project?

Add-ons always depend on the property and the material—sometimes, less is more. Not every
add-on makes sense for every listing. For example, drone photos aren’t always beneficial if
there’s an industrial site or landfill nearby. Floor plans are most useful when a layout is complex
or unconventional, while twilight photography can be a strong scroll-stopper when a property is
well-lit and visually appealing. We never try to sell add-ons you don’t need—in fact, we’ll
recommend removing an add-on if it doesn’t genuinely benefit your listing.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your photos or data, a free reshoot is offered. If you decide not to
use the delivered content, you don’t have to pay for it—but the content may not be used. Client
satisfaction and fair, transparent collaboration are a priority on every project.

Are discounts available?

Yes. Large-volume clients can take advantage of prepaid photo packages with discount options
of up to 15%, depending on volume and usage.

Do you have marketing tools?

Yes. You can receive a complete marketing kit with your listing package, including a property
website, social media content, and print materials. Everything is fully customizable to match
your brand and marketing needs.

What is your social media consulting?

Social media consulting is hands-on training focused on using the right content on the right
platforms to achieve the best results. For a more detailed approach, we recommend an in-person
or virtual meeting to discuss solutions tailored to your personal branding and business branding
on social media.

Is AI replacing photographers—and can AI help agents?

100% no—and 100% yes. AI is a powerful tool that can make certain tasks faster and more
efficient, and some services can already be supported or automated by technology. However,

Thank you for choosing Property Visuals for your listing media creation.
By booking Property Visuals, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. The client may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. However, if the client cancels or reschedules within 2 hours of the appointment, a $50 fee will apply.

In the event of bad weather, the client may reschedule free of charge up to 1 hour before the appointment. If the client chooses to cancel due to weather, the standard cancellation policy applies.

All late cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated by phone at (540) 588-8137.

2. Licensing:

Property Visuals grants the client a worldwide, limited, fully-paid license to use the listing media solely for the purpose of marketing the property for sale or rent. This includes use on MLS, Airbnb, VRBO, and in promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and online listings. The client may also use the media for personal professional promotion (e.g., portfolio, website, or social media).

This license does not permit resale or gifting of the media and does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights, all of which remain exclusively with Property Visuals.

If the client wishes to use the media for other purposes (e.g., company branding, unrelated advertising, or additional commercial use), additional licensing fees may apply. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for such use.

Unauthorized use of the media beyond the scope of this agreement may result in legal action.

3. Payment Terms and Late Fees:

Payment is generally due at the time of booking via our online order system and no later than delivery of the final media. Exceptions apply to clients with prepaid packages or those with a special payment arrangement.

We accept all major credit cards via our online booking system, as well as manual payments through Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, check, or cash.
Other methods—such as cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, or alternative apps like Cash App—may be accepted upon request.

Late Fees and Collections:
Clients agree to pay all invoices by the due date stated. A 1.5% late fee per month may be applied to overdue balances. Invoices unpaid after 60 days may be turned over to collections or legal counsel, and the client will be responsible for any associated fees.

4. Refund Policy:

We have a no-refund policy on all orders. If the client is unsatisfied with the delivered media, we will make reasonable efforts to re-edit or reshoot when appropriate.

5. Use of Subcontractors:

Property Visuals may work with independent third-party contractors for certain services, such as photo/video editing, floor plan creation, or virtual staging/decluttering.

The client acknowledges that some deliverables may be completed by these contractors. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Property Visuals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.

6. Delivery and Turnaround Times:

We aim to provide high-quality media in a timely manner. Our guaranteed turnaround times (from the time the shoot is completed) are:

  • Photographs: within 24 hours

  • Short-form video (e.g., reels): within 48 hours

  • Long-form/complex video (e.g., tours, agent-on-camera, special effects): within 72 hours

  • 2D Floor Plans: within 24 hours

  • 3D Floor Plans: within 72 hours

  • Marketing/Print Materials: within 3–5 business days

These timelines are guaranteed only if third-party contractors deliver their work on time.

While not guaranteed, our typical delivery times are faster—photos and floor plans are often delivered the next morning, and videos within 48 hours.

Please note: Some projects may require additional time to ensure quality. No discounts are offered for extended delivery timelines due to extra editing or complexity.

7. Accuracy:

We aim to capture the property as accurately as possible. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Minor color discrepancies between real-life and final images

  • Floor plan dimensions differing from public records or tax rolls

8. Property Preparation:

It is the client’s responsibility (or that of the homeowner/tenant/agent) to ensure the property is fully prepared prior to our arrival. This includes cleaning, decluttering, and staging indoor and outdoor areas.

Due to insurance and liability restrictions, Property Visuals cannot:

  • Move large items

  • Clean or repair spaces

  • Perform tasks requiring a contractor’s license

We offer a free branded Property Prep Guide upon request to assist with preparation.

If the property is not ready, we will do our best to create the media as-is. We will attempt to contact the agent to ask whether to proceed or reschedule. Due to a tight schedule, we cannot wait more than 30 minutes on-site. In such cases, a reshoot or rescheduling will be required, and rescheduling or cancellation fees may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Property Visuals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill—arising from use of, or inability to use, our services.
